When I first met Audra & Kendal they told me they wanted to have their wedding at their new home so I really didn’t know what to expect. Lets just say when I pulled up to their sweet southern home that was surrounded by tall woodsy trees & beautiful fields – I just knew it was going to be a fantastic day!

Audra got ready upstairs in the room that was clearly marked “bridal party only” (no boys allowed!), and when I entered I found her and her bridesmaids talking, laughing, telling stories, and you could feel the excitement in the air. Audra is one of the sweetest and most friendly souls so when I entered she immediately welcomed me with a big smile and told me about all the fun things she has done for the wedding. We both share a love of crafts and I was so incredibly excited to hear about e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g! However, the most noticeable thing was how Audra’s bridesmaids looked at her. They not only smiled at her but looked at her with such deep joy that you knew they were more than excited for her to marry her soul mate.

Kendal got ready downstairs and when I walked in I found him relaxing with all his friends just strumming away on his guitar. He is definitely a stress-free, calm, and reserved type of guy but when you get to know him he is pretty witty! There were some laughs and joking around going on but it was a completely different scene and I could tell he was excited to get the show on the road!

These high school sweethearts got married in an intimate ceremony next to their new home and it was absolutely beautiful. The ceremony went off without a hitch, the decor was beautiful (good job Audra!!!), and the guests were so incredibly friendly. Thank you so much, Audra & Kendal, for having me there to document your big day and I want to wish you both the absolute best in life. xo
